Spring Break...activity #3

We have been trying green smoothies and smoothies in general. Today we decided our activity would be introducing Lincoln to them. He was a little hesitant at first but then he was asking for more after the first few sips. Eating/Drinking smoothies is just a little different than water so it was an adventure.

"I don't know about this green thing...."
"Mmmmm!!!! I want more!!!!"

Spring Break...activity #2

Family work out time! We all went to the gym together in the middle of the day. It was so nice. We didn't have to wake up early and fight the crowds. And Lincoln got to wear his new little work out clothes.

Spring Break...activity #1

Chris and I decided to plan a few activities during spring break to take advantage of some time off. Our first activity was bowling. Chris got a strike on his very first frame but I missed it and he was kinda sad.

Lincoln was just a little bored during the first part...he was stuck in his car seat

But he finally got a chance to bowl...

The Climber

Lincoln has figured out how to climb and enjoys it lots! He will climb on anything and everything...

Sometimes he thinks he is stuck and sorta cries but then figures it out eventually.

A little catch up...

It is finally starting to warm up...YAY!!!!! And we love it. We can't wait to spend more time in the sunshine!

Lincoln also graduated to a big boy car seat (aka: a forward facing car seat). He loves his new seat and loves to look out the window as we drive. It sure makes it much nicer for everyone!
Lincoln loves to play with faces...mostly lips and noses. We are trying to work on being soft but that is going to take a while I think.

And he loves to play with dad. They rough house when they can and Chris is teaching him to be fearless. I love watching the two of them play together.

Favorite Place to Play

Lincoln love this cupboard. Whenever he gets to the kitchen this is the first place he goes. There can be toys all over the floor but this what gets his attention every time. He pulls the pans out so he can climb in and play with the cake pans all the way in the back. It is so funny to watch. Sometimes when he pulls a pan out it falls on him and scares him (which is what the second picture is)...super funny!! He also like to try and eat the handles but the handles get the better of him sometimes.

Lincolns little toes are just so cute!!
